Por se tratar de um MVP grande e com muitas funcionalidades, conseguimos identificar uma s\u00e9rie de desafios ao longo da jornada dos usu\u00e1rios. Cadastros complexos, contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de advogados e demandas com fluxos ainda por definir, dentre outros. informa\u00e7\u00f5es. N\u00e3o existiam prompts informativos de erros, o posicionamento da imagem dentro da \u00e1rea da foto\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">era dif\u00edcil e n\u00e3o existia<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\u00a0a possibilidade de fazer o zoom na foto para o recorte. Isso gerou muito atrito e desist\u00eancias por parte desses usu\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/p><p>Resolvemos o problema colocando informa\u00e7\u00f5es se a imagem cumpria os requisitos para subir, como tamanho, dimens\u00f5es ou formato. Geramos uma m\u00e1scara sobre a imagem, para que o usu\u00e1rio soubesse como iria ficar o resultado final da imagem. A imagem se adequa por uma das extremidades da foto com a m\u00e1scara, e com isso fazendo um enquadramento autom\u00e1tico. Caso o usu\u00e1rio desejasse, poderia movimentar e ampliar a foto como desejasse.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element necess\u00e1rio que este sa\u00edsse da sess\u00e3o de v\u00eddeo para poder preparar o documento e enviar para o cliente. Esse processo gerava a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da chamada, fazendo parecer que havia ocorrido alguma falha durante a sess\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Um novo fluxo foi desenvolvido, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mantendo o usu\u00e1rio no ambiente da sess\u00e3o. Esses objetivos permitiram uma an\u00e1lise das funcionalidades e possibilitaram que a equipe determinasse quais se enquadravam com a vis\u00e3o da empresa e quais poderiam ser deixadas para uma fase posterior.<\/p><p>Com base nessa an\u00e1lise, pudemos definir um roadmap, claro e focado para o produto, garantindo que as funcionalidades mais importantes fossem implementadas Buscando entender o que ocorria, fiz uma pesquisa quantitativa com os PF (pessoas f\u00edsicas).<\/p><p>Questionei como ocorria uma contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um advogado e quando ocorria esse tipo de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.
